Here's whats been going down.

I'm not gunna lie, we definitely don't blog much anymore but I am hoping to get back on it. 

*cough*

You may or may not know but Kristin had a baby! Yup, thats right, she is a brand new first time mommy to this beautiful little boy, and my favorite (and only) nephew

Isn't he just so friggin cute!

Anywho

I am now solo with The Monster & Me

It's just me now, the monster, or some of you may know me as Cassidy.

Kristin is here in spirit I suppose haha but she is busy being a mommy so I have been taking over until she decides to come back. mmkay

Also, more change, my CrossFit Blog is going to join The Monster & Me. Since I barely post on that blog or here, and since I'm solo now, I'm just going to combine them. Hope you dont mind :)

But health and fitness is important and it's a nice blog read in between all the craft madness.
